Tahini Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic crashed
3 tbsp water
Preparation:
In a food processor or by use egg beater, combine Tahini, lemon juice, salt.
If to thick add water until desired consistency.
