Eggs Bread
Ingredients:- 600 ml warm water
- 70 grams instant yeast bread
- 24 grams salt
- 24 grams milk powder
- 80 grams butter
- 1400 grams flour
- 80 grams sugar
- 4 eggs
- Note: Do not ever leave the salt with the yeast
Preparation:- Put all ingredients (except salt) in a mixing machine and knead
- Add water to the dough and knead for 15 minutes
- Add salt and knead another 5 minutes
- Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour for brewing, then knead again, and left for brewing for 15 additional minutes
- Form some figures such as birds, circles or Turtles ... and grease them with mixture of egg and 1 tbs milk.
- Put into the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 360: 400 F, depending on the oven and the bread size.
